San Lorenzo is an Argentine sports club which is famous for its soccer team, and it is playing in the Primera Division that is the top division of the Argentine football league system. The Argentine media regard the team as one of the “big five” of Argentine soccer, with Independiente, River, Boca, and Racing. The team’s historical rival is Huracan. The team’s old home ground is Viejo Gasometro and now the team plays most games at Estadio Pedro Bidegain which opened in December 1993 with a capacity of 45 thousand. The team won 15 Primera Division titles and the 2014 Liberators of America Cup.
